Challenge
Non-contact, real-time thickness measurement required in polishing process. Difficulty measuring high-concentration dopant samples (P++).
Solution
Integrated LSI-TG into polishing equipment, enabling real-time measurement from over 1m away. Proprietary surface reflection cancellation technology enables measurement of high-doped samples.

SOI Wafer Shipping Inspection
FALCO / Semiconductor Industry
Challenge
Need to measure thickness distribution across entire SOI wafer surface at high speed. Conventional 9-point measurement provides insufficient information.
Solution
Built automated inspection system combining FALCO with hoop loader. Obtains in-plane distribution in 1.0x1.0mm mesh with single capture.

Thin Film Coating Process Quality Control

Challenge
Need to measure thickness of coating layer below 10μm in real-time. Must install compact equipment in limited space.

Integrated compact WSI-TG measurement head into coating equipment. Wide wavelength range of white light source enables thin film measurement.
